Ready, set, (grab and) go!
Our research and travels across the globe are continuing to show us the importance of the “grab-and-go” F&B offering inside hotels. With people always on the go and constantly glued to their mobile devices, having an option that is fast, affordable and delicious can help increase revenue in a non-traditional way.

Both of the above provide a quick option, but one does a little better at making the option more enticing.
Here are a few things to consider when introducing a grab-and-go concept:
- Lighting: The space still needs to provide an experience.
- Freshness: Never underestimate the quality of your products and ingredients.
- Food preparation: If possible, have something prepared on-site. Bread is a great example — it gives a sense of freshness and quality.
- Merchandising: Take the time to display your products in a beautiful way. This is what will stop people on the go for a bite!
