Can you fix this…?

Your hotel is behind pace by 3,000 rooms going into 2016. What can you do to fix this?

Your guest satisfaction scores have declined during your restaurant renovation. What can you do to fix this?

Your weekend ADR dropped by $5 with the opening of a new competitor across the street. What can you do to fix this?

Since I entered into my 40’s, I’ve had two knee surgeries, two discs replaced in my neck, two crowns for my teeth, and multiple aches and pains. Each of these items was repaired with the help of specialists and I’m happy to say I’m relatively pain free each day. If I had not gone to the doctors or dentists, I would not be able to walk properly, the left side of my body would have lost sensation and I could not eat without excruciating pain. I could not repair these things on my own, although I tried.

Are you reaching out to others to help “fix” things or are you riding solo on your horse named “Ego” to save the day?

Can you share examples when you were able to solve problems by utilizing a resource that others may not have thought of using?

MPD: Look for solutions with the help of others.
