Briefs: Four Seasons residential | How Brits plan travel

Four Seasons residential in San Francisco: Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts announced its second standalone residential project in North America, in San Francisco. Two towers, of 45 and 10 stories high, will be developed in partnership with 706 Mission Street Co and will offer a total of 146 residences ranging from 2,800 to more than 4,000 square feet. The company has three other standalone residences – in London, and in Los Angeles and Marrakech, Morocco, both in development.

Hilton adds all-inclusive: Hilton Hotels & Resorts added three all-inclusive resorts to its portfolio through its partnership with Playa Hotels & Resorts: The 500-room Hilton Playa Del Carmen in Quintana Roo, Mexico; and two Hilton La Romanas in the Dominican Republic – one for families (412 rooms) and one adults-only (344 rooms).

Hyatt in Scotland: A Hyatt affiliate entered into an agreement for the first Hyatt-branded property in Scotland and the third Hyatt Regency hotel in the United Kingdom. The 187-room s and 98 apartments, Hyatt Regency Edinburgh Marina, with 187 rooms and 98 apartments, is expected to open in 2021.
