Executive chef, general manager, chief technology officer, chief operating officer. The people making this week’s moves.

Gerhard Aicher was named general manager of the Holiday Inn Golden Mile Hong Kong. Prior to joining Holiday Inn Golden Mile, Gerhard was most recently the General Manager of The Mira Hong Kong. 

Rosewood Sand Hill in Menlo Park, California appointed Luca Bruno as restaurant general manager at Madera, the hotel’s Michelin-starred signature restaurant. Prior to joining Madera, Bruno worked as assistant general manager and wine director at The Culina at Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles.

Ryan Burkart was named general manager of The Hampton Inn Boston-Natick. He was previously general manager of The Holiday Inn Boston-Bunker Hill in Somerville, Massachusetts.

Limelight Hotel Snowmass, set to open November 2018, appointed Lindsay Cagley general manager. Prior to her role as the director of sales and marketing for the Limelight Hotel properties, Cagley held positions at both Crested Butte Mountain Resort and Breckenridge Ski Resort in various group, travel and lodging managerial sales jobs.

Outrigger Resorts named Mayukh Chatterjee and John Shelton area director of revenue management and director of food and beverage, respectively, for both Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort and Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort.

Montage Hotels & Resorts appointed Christopher Damskey executive chef of Montage Kapalua Bay in Hawaii. Prior to joining Montage Kapalua Bay, Damskey was the chef de cuisine for three years at `Ulu  Ocean Grill and Sushi Lounge at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai.

Officials of PM Hotel Group, a leading, national hotel management company, today announced the company has named Joseph D. Del Guidice as vice president of operations and Justin Magazine as vice president of business development.

Kimpton Canary Santa Barbara appointed Adam DePree group sales manager. Before joining Canary, DePree served as group sales account executive and group account manager at the Burbank and Warner Center Marriott Hotels.

Four Points by Sheraton Auckland appointed Richard Dodds director of sales and marketing. He previously worked for Minor Hotels, where he was central in the launch of the Avani brand into New Zealand.

Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group made four senior appointments in the Americas: Aly El-Bassuni, senior vice president, franchise operations; Ross Hosking, vice president, sales and distribution; Dinesh Chandiramani, vice president, development; and Mark Williams, vice president, development.

Time Hotels made two recent appointments: Nathan Goodman was named area director of sales and marketing and Tina Mazullo was named general manager of New York-based Time Nyack. 

Montage Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, South Carolina made two executive-level appointments; Alex Gregory as director of sales and marketing and Ben Campsey as director of finance. 

Carmine Iommazzo was named GM of the Westin Anaheim Resort, set to open in 2019.

Andrew Jay was named food & beverage director of Ace Hotel New Orleans. Prior to joining the hotel, Jay was senior vice president for a resort complex in College Station, Texas.

Rebecca Lamson was named director of human resources for The Essex – a Culinary Resort & Spa, a Gemstone Collection property in Houston, Texas. Previously she was human resources director for the Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe, Vermont.  

Erin Levzow was named vice president of marketing and Rajiv Castellino was named chief technology officer. Prior to joining Marcus, Levzow served as vice president of customer relationship marketing (CRM), loyalty and marketing for Austin, Texas-based Hathway. Previously, Castellino served as chief information officer for Great Wolf Resorts in Madison, Wisconsin. 

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group promoted Christoph Mares chief operating officer and Richard Baker, currently executive vice president, operations director – Asia, was appointed group chief relationship officer. 

Teneo Hospitality Group appointed Washington native and industry veteran Adriana Molina as vice president association sales, based in Teneo’s Washington, DC offices. She spent 25 years at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, leading the Global Sales Office in Washington, DC for the last eight years.

Semiahmoo Resort, Golf, and Spa in Blaine, Washington named Nicole Newton general manager. Previously, she served in human resources roles for several Northwest hotels, including Hotel 1000, the Sorrento Hotel and Willows Lodge.

Florida-based Ponte Vedra Beach resort promoted Lynnette Parkhill to director of group sales.

John Price was named regional director of operations for Provenance hotels in Tennessee and Louisiana. Prior to joining Provenance, Price served as vice president of Lifestyle Hotels at Spire Hospitality.

Florida-based Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach appointed Jorge Ramos executive chef. 

Fort Worth, Texas-based Canyon Ranch appointed three new executive chefs: Ashley Reese at Canyon Ranch Tucson; Todd Owen at Canyon Ranch Lenox and John Kujundzich, Canyon Ranch Las Vegas.

Marshall Hotels & Resorts named David C. Rijos general manager of the 163-room Heritage Hotel & Convention Center in Southbury, Connecticut. Previously, Rijos was general manager of the Millennium Maxwell House Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.

Holiday Inn Vana Nava Hua Hin made two senior appointments ahead of the resort’s opening later this year: Franck Rodriguez was appointed general manager and Usa Boonchalakulkosol was named director of sales & marketing.

The 137-room Epicurean Hotel in Tampa, Florida recently announced promotions of four employees: Shawn Routten to director of operations, Genevieve Wojick to front office manager, Teresa Riccardi to front desk supervisor and Ellen Macleish to sous chef. 

Kempinski Hotel Bahia Estepona appointed Francisco Sa Teixeira as director of sales & marketing. He previously served as director of sales at Kempinski Doha. 

Sara Schmitz was named director of marketing at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. She most recently served as marketing director of The Abbey Resort & Avani Spa located in Fontana on Geneva Lake. 

The Setai Miami Beach promoted Vijayudu “Vijay” Veena to executive chef. He first started with the hotel in 2008.
