Hawaii RevPAR: According to CBRE, RevPAR growth for the State of Hawaii as of Q1 2017 was at 6.5%, outpacing national levels (3.4%) as well as the rate achieved by the top 25 markets tracked by STR (2.4%).  While overall demand, as indicated by total visitation to Hawaii, has increased by 2.3% during Q1 2017 compared to the same period in 2016, other factors including a contraction in supply and the willingness of visitors to spend more on lodging (up 12.9% for Q1 2017) have also contributed to the strong results.

PREM: The PREM Group will expand its operations in The Netherlands within the next 18 months with the addition of two new venues: the Premier Suites Plus Rotterdam this summer and the Premier Suites Plus Amsterdam in the winter of 2018.
