Disruptor roundtable: Linnartz on role of data, content

Just as the Americas Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS) was convening in January at the JW Marriott at LA Live, HOTELS invited eight industry leaders to discuss how to best manage and succeed in the battle for customer acquisition and loyalty.

In a 90-minute roundtable discussion, topics ranged from lessons learned from the emergence of the sharing economy, best practices for managing OTA relations, issues surrounding data science and, among others, the holy grail of loyalty.
