Israel’s Brown Hotels heads to beach for promotion

In collaboration with the Israel Ministry of Tourism and the city of Tel Aviv, Brown Hotels unveiled on Wednesday the Lifeguard Tower Hotel, located on Tel Aviv’s popular Frishman Beach on the Mediterranean Sea.

Founded in 2003 by Hotelier Leon Avigad, Brown Hotels has five boutique hotels – four in Israel and one in Croatia.

A month-long transformation from an actual lifeguard tower was spearheaded by Brown Hotels’ lead designer Aline Langlieb and graffiti artist Edgar Rafael. The oceanfront suite embodies a contemporary and playful Mediterranean flair, a signature of the Brown Hotels design palette.

As part of the #TakeMe2TelAviv campaign, in conjunction with Hotels.com, select guests will be awarded complimentary stays in the Lifeguard Tower Hotel for one night through March 31, with a different guest(s) spending the night for 10 nights in a row. Following the completion of the campaign, the hotel will be returned to its original function as a lifeguard tower, while each guest will be awarded a two-nights complimentary stay at any Brown Hotels property in Tel Aviv.

More than 1,000 participants from around the world entered the competition by uploading a photo of themselves to their personal Instagram in full beach regalia holding a sign that reads, #TakeMe2TelAviv.
