Located on Hainan Island, the 175-room, 16-suite hotel sits near the Mission Hills Golf Club, which contains ten 18-hole championship courses, including the 350-acre Blackstone Course.

Designed by AECOM, with interior design by HBA Los Angeles, the resort embodies an old-world golf clubhouse elegance. Guestrooms feature fabrics and patterns inspired by vintage golf elements: wall panels and light fixtures incorporate stitching evoking handmade golf shoes, while antique leathers reference vintage golf bags. Tartan flooring pays homage to Scotland, golf’s birthplace.

The hotel has a rooftop bar and fine dining restaurant, Tin Lung Heen, which features classic Chinese décor with contemporary textures of wood and stone. The restaurant serves both Cantonese cuisine as well as regional dishes.

The Ritz-Carlton Spa has seven treatment rooms, steam room, cool mist showers and indoor vitality pools with jets, as well as a fitness center and swimming pool. Golfers can also prepare for outings with daily yoga on the lawn.
